a pretty generic litrpg with a few interesting twists thrown in. I actually really enjoy the POV of an older man. it’s a refreshing perspective since most books in the genre focus on younger adults. I don’t think I’ll continue with this series though. it seems to be hinting that it will be heading down..

It took me a while to get into this book. The first few hours are hard to get through. Once you get past the initial start of the book it gets interesting. Its and interesting take on the gods and power concept. I would recommend this book, but be prepared to struggle through the first..
Wonderful story of an amazing man

The emo-boy power fantasy was too much. The main character is a holden caufield turned up to 11. Absolutely everyone in this story is unlikable. The litrpg aspects of the book are rehashes of other systems done better elsewhere. To top it off the narrator is abysmal. Its like having your geriatric grandfather recite 4chan..
Another great addition.

While the romance plot of the story is way too cliché and forced, I can, to some degree, understand what the author was trying to do and why it lasted so long. And, TBH, in future books, I wouldn’t mind reading more Jason and Riley couple things for a chapter or two. No, that isn’t..
The story continues with an dramatic mixture of real and virtual worlds intrigues and entanglements. Travis Bagwell expertly crafts the interplay between the two worlds with an invasive AI mind-meddling between the two. This book introduces two more powerful antagonists, one who befriends Alex and another very powerful one who plans the destruction of Jason..
