Really don’t like the way the antagonist can just take away the hardwork the protagonist went through so much to ontain when the antagonist isn’t really that interesting. But for the most part I found the out of game details to be pretty good and I like the protagonist.
This might’ve been one of the best books I’ve ever listened to. I literally could not put it down. Not only was Chuck Yeager’s life absolutely fascinating but the storytelling was exemplary.

the description of many spells do not match what the characters do with them, a prime example is haste…moving 30% would not allow one to watch explosions move in slow motion or allow you to move so quickly other people wouldn’t see you coming. maybe if haste was a 3000% increase in speed it might..
Dragged for so long .. Very boring at some point .. Every other book in the series was astounding compared to what’s out there, this one however isn’t even close.
I really enjoyed the Cinderella storyline but strongly disliked Amy’s voice. The woe-is-me voice grated on my nerves and almost made me drop the story early.
