אי אפשר לומר שזה ספר מעולה לשם עצמו, אבל כן בתור ספר רביעי בסדרה, נהנתי לראות את ההתקדמות בעלילה ופיתוח הדמויות (שהיה נהדר!) למרות שההקראה לפעמים לא הייתה מושלמת, ושמתי לב שיש מילים ספציפיות לז’אנר שהמקריא לא הכיר עד הסוף, עדיין ההקראה הוסיפה לחוויה.

I realized when I started listening then I had already read this book. That didn’t stop me for a minute. Because a second reading was even better. Characters were very human and very well developed. Emotions ran high and fists flew. And love was everywhere. Immensely enjoyable book, narrated to perfection.

A truly Great book on the Paris commune. Karl Marx writes well and with clarity on the subject. If you are going to buy this book I would recommend reading up on the Paris commune and the Franco Prussian war because Marx assumes that the reader is a contemporary who is versed in the politics..
It feels like the Jason is just reacting to events. There is no plan. Everything is constantly going wrong for Jason. There are constant cringe worthy mistakes he makes, for example the gateway shard should never have gotten stolen, and Alexion should not have gotten free. I was expecting there to be a smart plan..

Book one was awesome and left you wanting and anxiously awaiting book 2. Well book 2 is a flop!No excitement for book 3 and won’t be wasting my time with it. So so sad!

Page turner. You remember this is a virtual setting only because the story reminds you. The protagonist’s perspective keeps telling you all the characters had depth, reasons for their skin in the game, and that to them it isn’t a game. I’m looking forward to seeing the coming sequel(s).
