This is a pretty decent fantasy novel with an interesting take on Gods, magic and evil. I definitely think it could of been a little deeper and maybe a little darker or grittier. This is a lot of content being just under 30 hours and I found most of it enjoyable but it never really..

This is a really good second book in a series.I loved Oathbreaker and this picks up where that left off.Alana gets captured and figures she will die,but doesn’t.There is a quest to rescue her. It’s full of twists and turns and magic. David Stifel was a fine narrator, again. I was given this free review copy..
Pleasantly surprised

In the end, I would guess this story was in fact worth it, for no other reason than it was an acceptable continuation of the Lovecraftian Mythos. That said, this particular story – and performance – left a lot to be desired. The plot was honestly quite lackluster and relied rather heavily on “recycled cycles”..
Good
