Another fine addition to the awaken online series. It was definitely time for them to devote some character and personality building to Frank. The storyline is always was rich, creative and fun. I’m sure that you enjoy!!
After a long time of neglect in the shadows of the main story, Frank is finally fleshed-out with his own rich adventure. Unfortunately, yet again The Stifel, with his monotonous, dreary growl, odd intonations and illiterate pronounciations makes this another challenge to the AO hooked listener. In the words of the almighty lord; “Sad”.
I enjoyed this book and the others in the series. The characters are appealing and the dialogue is worth quoting. The narrator is easy on my ears. I hope many others will give this series a listen.

Bentley Little dies a great job of getting you into the story and not missing a beat with the details. The storyline progresses in a way that is easy to follow but isn’t easy to see coming. The narrator does a good job of conveying the emotions of the characters and keeping the story moving.
A very Barronian narrative that involves morally & ethically objectionable covert scientific research, corrupt government (aka government) agencies attempting to kill our protagonist(s), Elder Gods from other dimensions of time & space, classic noir developments, and no less than a baker’s dozen double-crosses as well as a body count that would make a Quentin Tarantino..
