Judicious coverage, well written, well spoken . Not an easy thing to do. Well worth the time.

“Robin Hood” meets “Man in the Iron Mask” and so many other classics. This was by far one of the best books I have ever read. I will be buying a hard copy for my home library. The Narrator makes the old English speak, easy to listen to and understand. Definitely a 5 Star from..
This authors dedication to the study of history is absolutely amazing. The depth of all the supporting characters makes this book so rich.
Just when you thought this book can’t get any crazier, it does something 100 times crazier then the craziest thing you can imagine. 10/10 will listen/read again

The previous two side-quests in the series explored storylines that felt irrelevant to our main protagonist..
How could the most amazing story of the hero of Midway be made dull and uninteresting? Minutia? Gloss over the actual dropping of bombs on enemy carriers but talk bureaucratic bs? The author succeeded in making it dry as toast and boring.
