The first 16 hours are just bickering between Jason and Katie with bouts of anti-capitalist rhetoric being pushed. I powered through because I’ve loved the series and the it’s what introduced me to the litrpg genre. After the first 16 hours it reads more akin to the classic style. Looking forward to the next book.
