while it may have been necessary to tell the story, I didn’t care for the POV shifts, additionally, I never liked ivy, and was glad they separated and I skipped chapters with her, however they have met up again. and I still don’t like her interaction with MC she comes off as very annoying, IMO..

After nearly a four book interlude establishing new characters and storylines, I loved being able to come back to the main storyline. The mystery and intrigue continues to escalate, with many clues given in earlier novels coalescing and fleshing out here in Book 6. I would recommend listening to the side story Happy right before..

I listened to this immediately after finishing āThe Association.ā They are practically the same book, just with different details. I enjoyed the writing and the story (do not like the narratorās voice or enunciation at all), BUT it was just too similar to the other book. Am now wondering if all of this authorās works..
