I MC is way overpowered from the start, and there is not any character growth, but it is still a fun book. The voice acting is excellent. I will say that the preview has music and sound effects, which is deceptive because only the intro and epilogue have extra sounds.

Story stays interesting. Mc as a private dick makes sence. I think the mystery of how the world works and the magic in it makes this an interesting uban fantasy.

There is a lot of “guy who thinks min maxing with spreadsheets is super cool”, and compounding number tropes. But that is the only bad thing here. It is interesting, fun, and lovable. Sometimes the narrator sounds like he ages 10 years from one word to the next, but sound booth theater is always amazing…
