The Dad jokes and puns are funny, but the book puts too much importance on the non-gender character being as feminine as possible. Plenty of books have lgbtq characters and don’t have to make it a third of the dialog. (an over exaggeration, but not by much)

The Mantis Character flushed this series, from fun concept to annoying anime in .0001 seconds. the ending of book one set up a some what menacing story to only get “Stupid Maid!!! I not wear dress!” The Limpet was enough clueless side character we did not need to double down. DNF.
great story, didn’t like how short it was though, there could be so much more to it.

he has zero chances of living. he refuses to allow it to grow. he rather go with a lvl 9 weapon for life even if he gets to 60. he still be stuck with a lvl 9 weapon. he is to stupid to live
I’m not sure what exactly Roks intrist in the platypus is but I think it has something to do with the way monsters are built you know all different parts mixed together. but with his personality ya never really know what he’s thinking.

It’s a litrpg. They’re a dime a dozen. But I’ve never read one before where the protagonist is so under powered, and instead relies on charm, trickery and manipulation to survive.
