totally awesome and outstanding narrative about a place where I grew up around orangefield vidor Beaumont Port Arthur it was exciting book thanks
Loved the story and characters are engaging. Story flows great. ending was a little soft but works for the story. Overall great writing and storytelling.
I’m not sure why I like Kevin Pierce as narrator however he is the best true voice to hear while listening to a true crime novel. Steve Jackson delivered as always
Not only is the story undeveloped, the author seems to have no female viewpoint or knowledge of the way women think…. weak plot with characters that don’t follow basic logic… feels like something I could have written if I was bored and only gave half effort.
Amazing story, I could not stop listening! I love that there were updates included, it helped to tie up some things. Although, not all.. Kevin Pierce is the best narrator I have heard, I wish he did ALL the books in my library!! I will definitely look for more book that are done by him…

I’m still very upset that they did what they did to introduce this character Lou but overall I like this character and the story is great other than one main plot point. also a little tired of hearing the word cacophony…lol
Got this book to assist in another project I’m working on, decided to listen to it anyway and loved it. I give it a solid 5 out of 5 all the way down the line. The book is multidimensional, exciting, suspenseful, and believable. I’m looking forward to hearing the next one in the series.
A fantastic book from a favorite author. This series is the best in it’s genre that I’ve ever read. Great job Mr. Goodwin!
