Narrator is perfect for a true murder story. This is a fast paced never a dull moment kind of book. Not my normal book but the author does an excellent job depicting evil in the world.
Horrifying

What are the reviewers talking about? They don’t like the narration??? My goodness, Kevin Pierce is single best True Crime narrator ever. He’s highly respected and enjoyed by all True Crime listeners. I’ve actually listened to several books only bc he narrated it. It’s a great way to find new authors. I’m dumbstruck that reviews..
repetitive information about a serial killer. boring, arduous. I couldn’t finish it I’m glad I only paid five bucks
the author draws you right in, and his work is very realistic. makes you think about the present and future and the state of your soul.
The first few books were great. The last few just seem like a stretch to make it to 10 books in the series…
Not an easy listen, the book seemed to want to cram in every tiny detail adnausem. The author implies criminality is inherited, and that victims that aren’t Lilly white some how deserve what they get. And the use of “making love” when clearly, even with his girlfriends, this murder/rapist actions are far from anything loving.
I, as a Christian, LOVE MARK GOODWIN BOOKS. THIS IS THE IN THIS SERIES & SO APPROPRIATE FOR THE DAYS WE’RE LIVING IN NOW (2020). AWESOME NARRATION ALWAYS TOO BU THE GREAT KEVIN PIERCE! IF YOU’RE A BELIEVER, THESE ARE FOR YOU. NO CUSSING, LOTS OF ACTION, LOVE, & APPROPRIATE SCRIPTURE! START W/BOOK 1.

Where most post-apocalyptic books are written by preppers certain their efforts will be vindicated and everyone else is just screwed, this book takes a much more realistic approach. Lots of good and valiant people don’t survive for multiple reasons. Authorities, already corrupted by their power, show their true colors. Innovators and common folks work out..
I like how this story is told. the story is carefully thought out and draws you in and keeps you on the edge of your seat.
I loved this book, it was a great listen while walking the dogs. I had to find out what happened to the main character at the end.
