Horton did it again! Not only are the characters in this book relate-able but they are real! I can picture a societal collapse looking just like this. These are must reads for any person interested in prepping or collapse collapse books!

I have listened to all the Franklin Horton books I have found on here and this one has exceeded even my high hopes. Unlike many other authors Mr. Horton seem to have no problem putting stories better then the last and he set a high bar to begin with.

The book reads quickly and was largely enjoyable. Although very politicized, the story is entertaining enough to keep the pandering to the target audience from being too distracting.

I’ve read all of Franklin Hortons books and each one grabs you and doesn’t let go. Grace Under Fire is my favorite so far, but I’ve said that about all the other too.
I’ve enjoyed several books by Kevin Pierce, so the fact he was narrating this book persuaded me to give the book a listen. This is a story about a person who has no disregard for anyone besides himself. A true psychopath. Kept me interested through to the end, as I was wondering how he would get caught.The narrator, Kevin Pierce, was perfect yet again. Any true crime book narrated by Mr. Pierce is a good listen.
Great book Olsen is at his best, Pierce always does a good job.Highly Recommended book.
