Loved the focus on the peppers and their individual work on building their security net
Great story line and flow

I absolutely love this story! Can’t wait to listen to the next 2nd volume set to this series. Awesome selection of characters!
Some have said that the descriptive writing in brutal detail is too much. I disagree. The very real details of the struggle of these loved/hated characters is what makes this series so engrossing and believable. Great series!
Hate knocking on any narrator (it’s how they make a living) but this guy is dry. These stories have such potential but get overshadowed by girl bosses who could apparently win wars on their own and the men are dimwitted weaklings who can’t survive on their own. At least put this in the description BEFORE..
A great dystopian novel involves interesting human characters facing the challenges of the dystopian environment. This book is not that. The protagonist seems to be a self centered, misogynistic, bigoted, paranoid, Ahole who had been planning for (and perhaps hoping for) dystopia to descend. The prose are poor, the characters one dimensional, and the story..
liked and enjoyed the whole reading, held my interest and gave me areas to do further research and possibilities of the foundation of human nature.
Well written tale about a post-apocalyptic world after a solar flare wipes out the electronic infrastructure. Written from different perspectives, really good characters that tracks across all three novels.
Great Read. Horton seamlessly weaves the Mad Mic stories into his series. He uses characters that you can relate to and really like
This book espouses a narrative build on solid research. Very clear and enlightening book and a delight to read.
