The story dragged on. I wanted to stop listening, but curiosity kept me til the end.

I was hesitant to read this book because it’s not something I would normally like. I struggled with all the fighting and struggle to follow the story at first, but I persevered and the ending was very worth it. I had chills at point and tears at points.

Should have been much shorter. It did hold my interest but the detail was too much. It was as if the author did know how much to say.

I absolutely loved this book. It has absolutely everything you could ask for in a pre and post EMP story. Excellent from start to finish with perfect narration.

Fascinating crime story delving into a complex child abuse process. Written like a novel, deeply researched and craftily woven storytelling.

What can I say, it started out OK, but started to quickly devolve into a quagmire of faulty science, mixed character traits and just plane stupidity. The scriptural references and the story line caused me to search the scriptures myself! Although this is a work of fiction, the realism and alignment with the word of God is too close to ignore. People get ready, Jesus is coming!

I liked the characters and that there was no woke stuff. Lots of food for thought

The story line was above average. I find it hard that children dressed in rags could live in minus 30 Fahrenheit for weeks on end. The horses living off of what? No grass nor hay available. But other details were more believable. Such as human behavior both noble and devoid of decency. Enjoyed the care..

Great stories of apocalyptic scenarios, and an even better ending! That says it all, or at least all I’m going to tell. Read/listen to it. You won’t regret it!
