This turned out to be an incredibly unique story in a common theme. I also am putting this story as one of my all-time favorite sagas.

great freaking story. very different in a familiar theme. one of my favorite sagas in this genre! Horton is a great author and I look forward to more of his work!

Second time the audible algo pushed this authors book on me thought I’d give him another try. Got through about 200 pages before I deleted it totally slow plot line it just never grabbed me in any way. Shame on me really for being suckered twice

I loved the fact that there wasn’t any zombies. It was down to earth something that could really happen making it a more believable story. A lot of tear jerking moments because the characters were so realistic. Would love to read more stories like this!

Great series! Disliked the ending due to death of likable characters. But to be real…, Everyone won’t make it in this landscape.

Great storytelling with prophetic insight and random glimpses into the times to come. Great perspective about potential precursors and possible responses to future biblical events.

The way the story was told from Fall to the beginning of Society’s rebuild was most believable and well told!

Definitely worth the read. Relaxing with some action. I recommend it to anyone interested in this genre.

Didn’t finish.. so much repetitive info – the narrator was boring.. no emotion no nothing.. wasted my one credit for this one
