Loved this book- well researched and detailed. Did not appreciate how 99% of the women were depicted as tearful and hysterical, while most of the men were brave and calm, but that may be related to the bias of time it was written.

Another outstanding chapter in The Borrowed World series! Lots of action as usual and very well researched. Several new characters were introduced that fit right in to the storyline. Looking forward to the next chapter. Franklin Horton, just wow!!
A sad case of narration actually impeding comprehension and enjoyment. Every sentence is read exactly the same way with exactly the same inflection.
