I listened to this as I was building my own chick coop. Great story I love it! I can’t wait to listen to the rest.

Such a great story line and engaging. Loved the multi-generational story. Loved the audio also.

Interesting history of domestic life during the American Revolution.Lots of details about women’s place, loyalists, divorce laws, etc.

Great narrative !Enjoyed the variety of narrators who did a very good job . Great plot with several twists & turns .

A beautiful and wonderful story of generations of women and the weaving of decades was just perfect. The narrator did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this book.

This is a valuable lesson to implement in my life. I’m a lil more confident knowing what good and boundaries are.

At first it was hard to listen to all the abuse that was happening to Simone but finally getting passed those chapters is was easier listening to the story.
