I liked the author’s depiction of manipulation in active progress and why it works and how to avoid it.

This was a lovely story. The narrator did an excellent job. I enjoyed listening about all the key character’s stories. The story goes back in time and they the 1980’s.

The delivery was clear,concise with out a lot of fluff. Kept me interested and I learned a few things about different personality traits

I put off finishing this book only because I cannot stand listening to Stella’s chapters. It’s so so terrible. A choppy AI voice with no emotion. Overall, the story is an easy “breather” and predictable book between the more intense thrillers I usually read.

I believe Lynn Austin is one of the best authors. I love her books. Linda
