I got this book cheap. Did not know what it was about. listened for a while Then looked up a summary. shocked what it turned into. Very good! you think it is a simple fictional book about a screwed up family. So much more!

I adored this book! Nothing says Christmas like a demon possession, witchcraft, and a parade with the Krampus as its main attraction. This was such a fun supernatural thriller. I would highly recommend it.

The story was predictable but the character development was great!! An easy to read evening read without a significant amount of world building or drama.

This book is a beautiful example of God’s love, grace, and forgiveness extended to three generations of women. It is historical fiction at its best covering several events from history.

It is always so annoying to see “reviews” by readers who think people want to read their detailed summaries of the book. So tiring. So avoid those, and just listen to/read the the book. Well written, suspenseful. Will hold your interest.

Listened to this book 3X. The research and questioners were incredibly helpful. There is so much wisdom, information, and great examples of people learning why things happen in life. The 10 reasons things happen was well thought out and explained.

Great story from a largely forgotten episode in US history. Narrator is fine-dont be scared off by the complainers.
