I love the author and she didn’t disappoint with this one. Great book and narration.
Creepy and scary!

This was a wonderful buck. It deserves five stars love the narrators voice love the story great book
Like other reviews have pointed out, the narration is terrible. The female narrator for Stella’s character sounds like those AI generated voices that enunciates each syllable and often has the wrong tone / inflection. Overall the story was fine but the narration really took me out of it.
OK y’all, I have to be honest. I downloaded this on audible several months ago. I was so bored with the first few chapters that I wanted to return it. Also the narrators nasal tone was driving me crazy. For reasons I can’t remember I was unable to return it. So I just kept it..
Always a pleasure to enter into a Lynn Austin story. I so appreciate the faith bent, with no language. I know I can trust this author.
Well written. The beginning started out a bit slow but as the story continued it difficult to put down, despite the voice reading the story. As a matter of preference I would have like a voice with a little more excitement. The story had some interesting twist and turns. All and all I really enjoyed..
I’ve enjoyed this story of family challenges, restoration, love & unity.Thank you Emma, the glue.Amen
this is the best book that Jennifer has ever wrote finished it in two days couldn’t stop listening.I kinda had it figured out but still really enjoyed the book.

An extraordinary novel that still rings true today! The forward and afterword are priceless additions.
