No comparison to Paul and Pru. Author saw Bake Off but doesn’t understand why it works. These characters are one dimensional and I didn’t find any especially interesting. A true miss of an opportunity 😣

This book provides theory, case studies and practical interventions. It’s a great addition to any therapist’s library, while also being accessible enough to offer clients as general psycho education.
So predictable. A lot of unlikeable characters. A MILLION trite overused plot tropes. You could see the end at the beginning. Ridiculous, pat “happy-ending”. The narration was not good, but even top level narration couldn’t save this story.
Really fantastic listen, cast was fantastic. Main issue is with the story — definitely feel like the ending was a bit of a fumble. 4.25 stars.
