Very useful, but it is a lot of various therapy session retellings. If that’s your thing, you’ll dig this book a lot. Wish it spent a little more time on technique or pointing out. Happy I listened.

I will read the next book because my curiosity is piqued. I may have enjoyed it better with a different narrator.

Heloise Hull has crafted a a great start to a new series. The characters were well created and interesting. The storyline was original and kept my attention from start to finish. Kitty Hendrix have a stellar performance. I highly recommend this book/audiobook.

I loved this story about a family of women and their lives . I enjoy every part of this book but I especially loved Gracie’s story . Well read , well written.

Enjoyed the book and story. It was a bit slow moving and redundant in a couple of places. My main complaint was near the end of the book was a lot of skipping which makes no sense. Hope audible will credit me for it.

Highly recommend this brilliant book. It is a guide to letting go of obsessive thinking with clear illuminating steps to finding spacious awareness. It is helpful that the chapter titles are listed for quick reference. The narrator did a good job.
