This is my second Lynn Austin book. I simply do not have praise high enough for Lynn Austin. Her stories are remarkable and bring such hope in these uncertain times.
Good info on defining boundaries, and help on setting and enforcing them. Definitely would recommend.
Short, sweet, and immediately applicable. She supports her statements with examples of interactions we have all experienced before. She makes step one of boundaries very clear, which is to explicitly state your own boundaries. Boundaries are important because they invoke a challenge and manipulators do not like a challenge. As usual Ms. Austin has allowed God’s gift to flow through her for an exciting page turner. Imagine that even with the absence of murder and profanity. Well done and well worth the credit.
I found this to be information that can and should be put to use. The presentation is done in a manner to empower an individual. When the author does say “do this” it’s solid information with a good approach.
