I’m biased. I’ve been a huge Black Ocean fan since I joined Audible. I have a dog named Kubu and a dog named Wesley Wesley. Time flies when I listen to these books. I like the narrator and the sound effects. I own most of the author’s books as audio books. This review is spoiler..
Absolutely love this series and this is absolutely fantastic. Genuinely think this might be my favorite one of these yet.
like it’s Sci fi and military theme and just round story line of the series. hope there’s a sequel to it

light entertainment and does a good job of being a prequel, but the turn your brain off for the logistics of space flight in this series.
After all of the hours/years leading up to this series, to have the adventure of all those things coming full circle is a blast to hear. What a ride

The author decided to force Homosexuality and gender neutrality on us. It had nothing to do with the storyline.
I really wanted to like it, but it was so bland. I could not develop any depth of feelings for the characters. That said, I listen to Audible going to sleep. Great books usually keep me up the whole hour I set the sleep timer, with this one I am out in 10 minutes. +1..

What I remember most is the annoyance of calling chapters “seniors.” I’m a “grammar N….”Interesting characters…. eventually. I started with “Mercy for Hire” series. It took many chapters to get over what a goofy, stupid character KooBoo was. and the sectors thing
