I am glad that Dr. Peterson mentioned this book in his 2017 Maps of Meaning course lectures on YouTube. He cited it to show that people you wouldn’t normally think of as malignant people can do heinous things.

I enjoyed this book. Lots of references to scripture, but the recommendations are practical enough to not seem overly abstract.
This book is easy to follow and understand. So many of its points are so obvious, but only once you have your gaze directed in the right direction. There is a lot of motherliness in this book and I loved it!
