A short simple but eternal and timeless truth. It summarizes what anyone truly seeking God needs to contemplate and understand. This is my second listen and I definitely hope to be listening again soon.

I Especially liked Hugh Harper reading the story, his voice was perfect to listen to

Even if you do not follow all the excercises but one or just a few this book will make a difference. It is not written for religious or priests but for lay people.

The book is great. Well written and easy to follow. A good narrative. But the narrator attempting to mimic accents for each quote was just jarring.

Beautifully written; the love, passion, and desires of the saints were expressed so descriptively in this book. Great testimonies, and fantastic instruction for each stage

I’ve been way to complacent. Hell is real and is a choice we make. Don’t get used to the darkness of sin. Heaven won’t be enjoyable for you. God doesn’t damn you to hell. He loves you there.

This book was an interesting read. It contained lots of detail, but did not venture too far away from what is written in the Bible. I recommend it as a read-through and even as a reference.
