No one wants this information about Marx to get out than someone like me from Soviet Russia, but I found the book more repetitive than informative. It would have benefitted from being shorter in length but written better, instead the book repeats the exact same poetry and material Marx wrote and analyzes it from different..
I don’t recommend this book unless you just want to be a submissive door mat. Basically it says anything that happens to you is God’s will and you should just accept it. The explanations of evil are very weak in my view, and agree with one of the other negative reviewer on this point. Working..

Enjoyable production of the history of ancient civilizations with great music, sound design and ‘flashback’ scenes that help bring these stories to life.
The beginning was very good but the longer I listened to it, the more religious it got. Instead of hearing famous historic stories of the past, I now felt like I was in Sunday youth school and hearing the Christian stories of the bible.. So if you’re into that type of genre, then you’ll love..

This is a must listen.. it’s not enjoyable, at least not in the traditional sense of the word, however it delves deep into the how and why ordinary men could commit such atrocious acts against humanity. The narrator is perfect, in my opinion, for the macabre section of the book you have to get through.

The engineering of this reading did not do a good job cutting out the harsh “Sssss”. It is so interesting that I am hoping I will stop being bothered by it. Not the readers fault and there is no line to rate the technical recording.
