The examples are good but this book wasn’t as compelling to me as Life After Life. Maybe it was because I didn’t resonate with the narrator and didn’t think he sounded academic enough. Well written, excellent reading…humor, adventure, emotional and super descriptive….like being part of the story.

What is there to say? Who hasn’t wondered what would happen if a Roomba got portal”ed into a fantasy world? This book has the perfect mix of ridiculous humor and fun adventure. It sucks, in a good way. MC is a vacuum after all.

Anything from Mr Wallace is solid gold adding in Mr Thron is just unnecessary diamond crusted decadence

interesting world, MC is unimaginably stupid and the writer tends to go into to much detail describing everything. Narrator is truly top notch so the lack of development on the Mc was underwhelming. I was kinda hoping the story would go somewhere but I just cannot complete it the MC has gone for being clueless..

I enjoyed the storyline and the characters. Zed was a true surprise and I loved Murphy, he was a great addition. I enjoyed every tight situation Zed got into. He was a real problem solver.

Far too much cursing and sexual language. Cursing = lack of a extensive vocabulary and is grating. There’s sexual vulgarity for no reason as well. The story could be good but these parts need to be fixed in the next book.

Kinda like LitGBT light. Not a game for a world but an avatar for a body. Book started slow but I was nearly hooked by the end. Lots of questions left. Don’t know if I will listen to more or not. Maybe if very cheap.
