Good concept, dull execution. Military logics themselves were more of an actual character than any people in this book were.

Good narrator. He is also more subtle than some of the others, but extremely pleasant and appropriate for the story.

I disliked long, seemingly drawn out, descriptions of various groups in the initial chapters although some of it was interesting. I appreciate the point of these chapters, but I decided to skip ahead once I felt I got the gist. Later sections are golden. 5 stars
That was a good book about something I have never known before, if this happens before I was born. I did rate it somewhat lower than I would have, as midway through the book the author there’s into a “ say no to drugs“ type of pontification and appears to base his research on things..
There might be a story but the monotone delivery made it impossible to finish. The dialogue did not give a lot to work with
An easy read. This book gets to the root of why we struggle with sin as a people. Learn who you are in Christ today!
Chucks overall story, absolutely amazing, very intriguing, and a true hero! A guardian angel for those that he served with when he was in the field.
