Book 2 was just as good as the first. Carl and Donut are the best duo.

Not much going on. Slow progress is the big scheme of things. The author keeps dragging out the reveal to the party that he is a regressor, not that it matters because he is not doing anything to help the main floor, not even trying to warn them.
A buddy recommended this series and I’d been putting it off for awhile. I finally picked it up two days again and I couldn’t stop listening to it. Cant wait to listen to the rest of the series
Excellent story that keeps you guessing. Even if I explained it you would be like wtf but that sounds…intriguing! Narration is superb.
I hesitated to start this book but I’m glad I did! The narration was awesome. It pulls you easily into the story. I’ll definitely continue with the series.
One dimensional characters (though Roger is a standout) and more exposition than action this book felt like a chore to finish. even though it’s sci-fi and fun, it really hits home on real world topics of everyday life and makes you sit back and take a good look at life around you
A great end to one of my all time favorite LITRPG series – BUT it’s only the end of the Archangelo Arc!! Here’s to hoping Lars will bring us back to the World of Chains VERY SOON!
