Book 2 was just as good as the first. Carl and Donut are the best duo.

Not much going on. Slow progress is the big scheme of things. The author keeps dragging out the reveal to the party that he is a regressor, not that it matters because he is not doing anything to help the main floor, not even trying to warn them.

A buddy recommended this series and I’d been putting it off for awhile. I finally picked it up two days again and I couldn’t stop listening to it. Cant wait to listen to the rest of the series

Don’t come here if you are looking for that DCC high. This one doesn’t smack like blitz sticks.

Excellent story that keeps you guessing. Even if I explained it you would be like wtf but that sounds…intriguing! Narration is superb.

I hesitated to start this book but I’m glad I did! The narration was awesome. It pulls you easily into the story. I’ll definitely continue with the series.

Another fun one for the books, and another short review so I can move into book 3!

One dimensional characters (though Roger is a standout) and more exposition than action this book felt like a chore to finish.
