feels a little rough around the edges, like it’s early work by the author, but there’s a lot of potential here.good characters, interesting world and system, plot is a little predictable in this book, but loads of possibilities
I don’t know what else to say, I really wanted to like this more than I did. I had to take breaks to listen to podcasts and even another book. I will give anything Matt Dinniman writes a listen. I may be not in the right mindset to enjoy it right now with the world..

narrator is still great 3 books in. it’s just a fun time all the way through. even the heavy points have fantastic impact from the casts performance. Drinker was also a fun inclusion.
