It’s been a while since a book had me literally lol. I listen a lot at work and my co-workers were wondering what the hell is wrong with me.
Narration production is excellent. Enjoyed this way more than I thought I would and had high hopes going in.
Enjoyable characters. MC who grows stronger then average but isn’t just OP. The plot was purposeful and engaging. plenty of intrigue and mystery to keep the series going to the next book.
Great book, at one point I almost cried then 2 hours later I was doubled over laughing. Great time, very hyped for the next book.
The main character challenges every man in her path and just embarrasses them every time with little to no effort, going so far as to making the main bad guy have no literally have no genitals at all and even giving the male monsters such a small member it was tucked back between its legs…
This was one of the funniest, entertaining books I’ve ever listened to. Dinniman’s writing was beyond engaging and Hays’ narration was absolutely perfect. The ‘New Achievement’ portions had me crying with laughter. I didn’t want it to end.
I am not a LitRPG guy(find it a bit stupid. I always imagine a geek fan club without real jobs sitting in a basement as the target market for LitRPG). But I have changed my mind as these books are just incredible. They keep surprising me. Hats off to the narrators as well. The best..
Fantastic story with a fantastic narrator. Such a unique idea for a book that was executed superbly. Come for the story and stay for the narration.
