This was brilliant- funny, exciting, fast-paced and full of adventure and fun surprises. A great intro into the LitRPG genre and I am looking forward to continuing with Carl and Donut’s story!

Dungeon Crawler Carl: Hilarious, action-packed RPG tribute. Must-read for gamers who love wild humor and nonstop adventure.

More fun from Matt and Jeff. Still very original, very graphic and equally clever and silly. I just didn’t like this floor’s game mechanic involving cards. Aside from that, the new characters and the increasing threat and pressure add a lot to the story.
The audio production quality is atrocious. Sound levels constantly fluctuate between inaudible whispering and “blow out your eardrums” loudness. The voice actor’s portrayal of Carl’s inner voice is so soap-opera-overly-dramatic as to be a distraction to the story. otherwise, the story is kinda fun.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book, the people and the AI’s dark humor keeps getting better. Every time it is something new and very addictive to keep you hooked.
Great book 2 in the series. Just please, please, please don’t make us wait near as long for book 3 in the series. I waited so long for book 2 in this series, I almost dropped a star for all three rating classes out of spite.
Always listened to this book twice. I thoroughly enjoyed it.Recommended to me & I recommend to others.
Been listening since the beginning. Basically a walking talking advertisement for this series. Fantastic audio. Blown away that Patrick was a guest star. Raul was definitely my fav on this floor.
This is such a messed up story. Like a cross of Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy and anything from Seth MacFarlane. I loved it.
