Ok let me start by saying the book was a bit different. You do not see alot of book’s about Bards so I enjoyed the story a lot. The Performance of the Actors was fantastic!!! I also enjoyed the music and the production. Top Notch! I would recommend this book.

I think the story had potential but didn’t realize any of it. there have been maybe 3 conversations of consequences so far. And I say that generously. mc spends a lot of time checking off boxes on his achievement list. but nothing interesting is really happening.

I think I own that cat, but her name is Possum, not Donut. Only the names are changed to protect the “innocent”.

This book is silly and absolutely ridiculous and I love it. Full of tropes and new ideas and genuinely made me laugh out loud.

The continuing dumb decisions by the central characters, to avoid speaking or listening to their ally’s advice, is becoming tedious.

Nice change of pace from my normal reads, excellent blend of litrpg, adventure on another level and humor. Nice to have something to read while awaiting next release of Primal Hunter

Many times I will like a story but not enjoy the narration but the performance is amazing. Such a fun story and Jeff Hays is just incredible. I am buying extra credits, just so I can listen to them back to back. This story is just pure relaxing entertainment. Perfect for my long road trips!

This was a very entertaining book. it was funny and engaging. It was a little slow at the beginning because Danny is a total pansy but it definitely gets bbetter. I was very disappointed that there wasn’t another book in the series.
