The voice cast does an awesome job and tries their best with a story that is honestly just a chore to get through.
Good narrator, boring story.

Matt Dinniman came through with a great story that feels fresh and exciting. I lied the whole thing from start to finish.
The writing, pacing, narration, and even the audio mix are uniquely bad. Getting flashbanged by a high pitched squeal every 15 seconds made this a truly difficult listen.
the way the narrator speaks, it’s impossible to listen to the book while driving. when he speaks he drops off at the end of ever sentence. so you have to turn the volume up way high. then when another “character” speaks it blows out your speakers.
RPGLit is so fun, but Travis Baldree already introduced these voices for his Legends & Lattes series. DNF.
The narration and general production quality are good, didn’t enjoy the story though. Some of the humor is good but most of the characters are insufferable. This could easily be different for other people mind you.
I can’t get enough of dungeon crawler. Carl, the narrator always does an awesome job. Pulls you in you in and keeps you there. if you don’t like this series, you deserve a Douchebag Boxs lmao 😂
