the characters. moralizing mc and easy mode existence. all women fall in love with mc. mc is not interesting and doesn’t really add to the story.

I love the puns and I love that the Limpet can’t stand them! The jokes are fun, the different povs of storytelling are interesting, and the nods to TTRPGS vs cultivation make this a perfect nerdy indulgence.

Other reviews will go into greater detail. I’m but a simple man, and the combination of Dinnimam and Hays is enough to make one of my 15 favorite audio books of all time.

The voice acting is top notch. The story takes unexpected turns and can be pretty funny. It hasn’t given me much life changing insight, but that is a tall order these days. Keep in mind that could just be on me not perceiving what is actually there. Enjoy it.

No only is the story compelling but Jeff Hays portrayal of the characters is spot on. Highly Recommend.

the story wasn’t bad however I found the added sound effects in this book extremely distracting and annoying I do not like them especially when there was babies crying or Screaming noises for way too long

Incredible addition to a very punny series! in my opinion better than the first book by far. The new characters are hilarious and well explained. Story progresses well.

Dungeon Crawler Carl is one of my favorite series of books and I hope Matt Dinniman keeps it going for a good long time. Every book is somehow better than the last one and I just find the whole series entertaining.

The entire 8+ hours of this overpriced “book” was about a friggin mimic. The description in the summary is misleading, there is NO hero. The main character(MC) is an idiotic mimic and its demon familiars. Do NOT under any circumstances buy this crap unless you enjoy overpaying for only 8 hours of shiat.
