Interesting characters and a mysterious and interesting overarching story that keeps you hooked. I have listened to the first three books and can’t wait to finish the last three.

This book was an instant favorite for quite literally my entire family—we even read-aloud a heavily-altered (to be appropriate) version to our seven year old because she loves it so much too. I can’t wait to start listening to and reading the rest of the series. I couldn’t put it down once I started!

This was a very funny story about the end of the world, if it were a video game crossed with a dungeons & dragons game. The audio was amazing & greatly enhanced the story. Highly recommend!

Overall these three books were quite disappointing. They seem directionless without strong character development or plot development. The main character is difficult to relate to and mostly just haughty. Every other character is portrayed in a way that is unrealistic, difficult to appreciate and with clear mental deficiencies.
