I’m a fan of this book series and have enjoyed every book. I’m eagerly waiting for book 8. The amount of plot twisting and not seeing moments kept me on edge.
I had no idea what to expect and LOVED IT! This was a completely new and uncharted book genre for me. Absolutely loved it.
This was OK, but I would argue that “He Who Fights with Monsters” (at least book 1) was way better. I understand DCC came out before so this isn’t a fair comparison necessarily. If you are looking for a some deep ideology of the main heros, there isn’t anything beyond just being generic “good guys”…
I have a hard time focusing on books. Audio books help but I still have trouble sometimes. Not this book. I devoured it within a couple days. It kept me hanging on every word. The sound effects and voices are perfect for the characters. I have a feeling like I’ll be finished with all 8..
I did not dislike anything about this book. It is the best narrated audio book I have ever listened to.
A deep dive into main and side characters. Great performance. Another Binge. Just a fun roller-coaster!
this audiobook was so good. I cant wait till the next book comes out. Great story. Great characters, just the right amount of humor to make it funny yet a serious engaging story. I love how i you can hear a little bit of Chester coming out in Travis. Jeff Haze is an amazing voice..
Very fun book, but the action on this one was very hard to follow. The picture was too complex to paint.
Less sophomoric than Dungeon Crawler Carl, with an eye toward rejecting the real world in a sad but fun way.
the world building actually threw me for a loop. way more thought was put into this than I could’ve ever imagined and I am hooked.
