It’s not classic literature, you can tell by the cover. It was funny enough to keep me entertained though. The sequels drag on but they’re fun to listen to also.
It’s a goofy romp

Story line seemed to drag on. Read it because I paid for it, but lost interest halfway through the first book.

Really great story. Like the set up. Good in-depth world building with MC heading toward a satisfying OP without crossing over into unmoored power fantasy. I have a few nits — mainly, some oft-repeated mannerisms that start to wear out their welcome. I like Jeff Hays as a narrator and appreciate that SB is on..
I’d not heard of it before starting the box set and I must say I’ve fallen in love with this series! Especially with the Soundbooth Theater audio at they really bring the characters and world of Archemi to life. To be entirely transparent I got the set for free with a code, and during the..
This has been the BEST audiobook I’ve had the honor of listening to !! and props to Jeff hays one of the best readers in my book . Hopefully there’s another book coming in this series soon please !!

As a fan of strong women in fantasy, really disappointed in audible to repeatedly suggesting this title. Character development is lacking and it’s hard to care about anyone..
Overall, love the characters, but this one was a bit too over complicated for this type of book/storyline. Still got the next one. Just thought this “floor” of the dungeon was a bit too much.
The voice acting was amazing. I came across this book after Jeff recommended it during his lifestream reading DCC. I love the premise and outline of the story the beginning chapter was great, opening us up to the world, and how the magic is used within combat. After he goes back in time, I start..
First off let me state that this book is not terrible or even remotely bad, however it isn’t a 4 or 5 star book in my opinion. If I could have I would have given it 3.5 stars rather than the 3 I’d rated it, since by audibles definition a 4 star book is “Great”..
