Dungeon Crawler Carl is a great listen. The production company does a great job of presenting the author’s humor and action. Can’t wait to hear the next one!
Hilarious fun

The audiobook version was great with the two narrators and the sound effects. The card system was decent. The story was extremely predictable however and it was hard to see why the MC or his sidekick couldn’t see the obvious enemy. Would probably listen to the next installment and hope it is a bit better
This was a great listen, all the narrator was perfect. Hilarious listen. I will read the rest as I can. I will def refer this book to other readers I know
Dungeon Crawler Carl was originally recommended to me as “a book about a half-naked man running around with a talking cat named Princess Donut” and I was skeptical. I am so very glad I started listening. The plot itself is entirely bizarre with humanity being forced into a real-life dungeon game where everything they do..
I love this series! This is my favorite one of the series so far. I don’t wanna spoil anything, be ready for a wild ride start to finish. As always the narration is incredible. And if you haven’t been listening to the credit scenes for these books, you’re doing yourself a disservice.
A grown up story darker with compelling characters and a great plot. I am a little shocked given the genre. The magic system (cards) were seamlessly woven into the story. The stats were infrequent enough not to be burdensome. I finished the book in nearly one go.
I love Jeff Hays. He is top three in this whole business. But he missed the Koolaid Man reference in chapter six. I forgive him though because he really knows the books he is performing 99.99% of the time. And for those that are reading a book four review of this series; good job. You..
Started pretty good then just read like an 11 year old playing fortnight, probably more for the YA crowd
