Obsessive DCC fan and was hoping some something as engaging and immersive. Unfortunately, this isn’t it. The characters did not develop and the whole plot line felt quite weak and almost as if it was being altered on the fly. Not my thing.

Great!! If you’ve come this far you already know. Another banger of a performance and book.

If you liked the first book you better hold on to your socks because this is a even bigger Rollercoaster of laughs, action, and adventure that will have you guessing around every corner!

I’ll be honest the story isn’t terrible, I enjoy it even when I am screaming at yhe MC to just use his head… but the sound effects….they almost make it unbearable to listen to. They are loud abrupt and mostly out of place. Im not sure I will continue the series or the author due..

Only complaint was the narrator forgot to give Mordecai the accent the first half of the book. Otherwise 100/10 fantastic story and narration.

6/5 stars for the narrator of this series. He makes is so enjoyable and really brings the characters to life. The books themselves were so good that I didn’t believe it when I was told the audiobooks were just as good. They are just as good if not better.
