New achievement!!!!! I gave into the hype of seeing others read it and, I went through all seven current books in one month. ONE MONTH. Holy crap I have never done that before. Reward? I have to wait for book 8 now.

I still hate that these chapters aren’t spoken with a numerical pause. I listen to audiobooks pretty much all day, everyday. And when I am falling asleep to a book, not having clear, precise & distinct chapter breaks makes it extremely hard to bookmark to pick up where I fell asleep at! 1st world problems..

I enjoyed this LitRPG. Totally new genre for me. Some scenes got a bit long but I enjoyed the humour, the world building and the interactions.

I really like the story. The narration is really good. However, I’m torn on whether or not I appreciate sound effects in an audiobook. I have to say, I lean towards not liking it. Maybe my brain can’t take it.

Character voices are terrific, very immersive, some wordier explanations (descriptions of rules, species details etc) of things you know you won’t remember (but may expect to hear again in future) are easier when sped up.

This one easily tugged on my emotions the most out of all The books so incredible!

Best book in the series so far by far!Story takes a huge leap and the gang feels even more exciting!
