Excellent narration. Story wise there’s some unanswered questions and handwaving to get the story’s premise setup but it’s only the first book and the concept is interesting enough that I have to keep reading to find out more.

I absolutely enjoyed the entire series. The narrator’s performance was excellent and he did all the characters well. let’s see if we can hear more of Zack.

I was thrilled that this came out. I was considerably further along in the story before these two books came out but I’m very happy to get a second crack at the material. Also to see it buffed out. May it shine like the Blessed One’s own back side!

Dude grows up thinking he has a lame super power, until he accidentally owns people, then becomes OP. so he builds a harem of slaves. No plot points evolved or finished. Literally became “this slave wants to sleep with me”, “need to talk to so-and-so”, “oh no we’re getting attacked again”… rinse repeat.

This series has a cool premise. It could definitely do without all of the awkward sexual stuff. It makes a story that would be super entertaining cringy. I am not sure I can continue the series because of it.

A great story with a relentless pace, never falling into typical GameLit pitfalls. Great protagonist duo and stunning voice work. Devoured in a couple of days.
