This was a great book. Fun , exciting and unique. I didn’t even bother waiting for the 2nd book to come to Audible.

Such a great series I loved the books. all of his books are great.

The story and the production are both so well done. Alex is my favorite character since Butters Stotch. I’m going to listen to this again immediately. Worth a credit or cash!

I love a series where the author is constantly growing throughout it, Carl is a great example of that. I had some issues with the previous book but those issues were almost completely fixed with this one!

The story is fantastic, very enjoyable, fun plot and settings, and some good humor along the way, but I have to mention the voice acting cast is just next level. Looking forward to the next one.

I love the back and forth between donut and carl. and how obvious they want to stay together no matter what.

The book starts out slow, drudge through the first hour or two, it is necessary for the story. I’m glad I listened to the other reviews and got into this series. I’ll be sad when I run out of books!

With each book in the series, the author broadens the story and the stakes. As always, the audio performance is terrific.

The voice alone just adds so much depth to the story. Not to mention the opening chapters are so intense it grabs you into the story.
