Great book. I really enjoy how much Rock harasses Ash. Also in how Rock is changing. You can see how much he is coming to care not just for battle in the hand of any strong person to genuinely caring for Ash. The narrators are also top tier. They really help bring the book alive…
I love Carl & Doughnut. The characters are incredibly well written and their archs are showing through the mayhem brilliantly. Also, Jeff Hays might very well be the best narrator I’ve ever listened to. Who needs a cast of voice actors when this guy amcan do it all?
