Loved it! Better than the first! Laugh out loud yet serious at the same time!

I’ve never even considered a LitRPG book before this, but caved to recommendations of this series from friends and groups of other books I enjoy. The comedic aspect of this hits perfectly for me and the story is pure gold. I’m starting book 2 as soon I finish typing this and can’t wait.

Good start to a series. Change from character to character can be confusing at times. Jeff Hays brings life to all the characters like usual. Very gifted narrator.

I loved the banter between Chester and Damen. The voice actor was amazing for this, Chester is a beautiful creature. I can’t wait for the second book to come out. I already miss the crazy duo. ^^
