so far it’s going great! really gotta hate some of these corporate overlords and I’m excited to keep the ball rolling, still a few minor issues but one of my gripes was dealt with via character development as Carl has show growth something rare for these sorts of books

Came for Jeff Hayes and the cover art, but DAMN the story leaves you wanting more! It’s brutal and dark at times, but a very well written story. If you want something different and captivating and hard to put down. This book is for you.
our monsterous protagonist may feel that the world is out to get him. Normally this can be helped with a little therapy but even the therapist would likely be out to get him. In a series where the story of the monster is the main charicrer anything goes. One thing I like about this series..

Lazy and illogical story. The MC has been working as a Blacksmith’s apprentice for months and is level 4 in blacksmithing. Then by spending a couple hours crafting horseshoes he goes up an entire level. WTF was he doing for the last 4 months??? This kind of lack of thought is prevalent throughout the story…
