Starts with a really interesting sci-fi premise but quickly moves on to magic, mana leveling, and “questing”. Involves hours of character introspection. it may be a material of taste but it was hard to finish.

Loved it! Can’t get enough. Binging as much as possible. Recommend to everyone. Gets right into the action. So funny makes me lol. Yet there’s also a deeper story you’re trying to unfold.

although I wish the main character learned other spells besides dire ball and drilling arrow….. this is one of the most enjoyable fantasy series I’ve ever read. can’t wait for the next new era online series.
Jamie Hawke certainly knew how to weave fascinate game lit novels. Certainly worth the purchase. The main character, Breaker, and Charm, his main lady ( one of many), showed a remarkable interaction of personalities between them. I truly recommend this box set. I will continue to buy books in this series. Keep them coming.
