This one is very much focused on watching characters grow and change over time. Their progress can be slow and frustrating at different points but I love the direction the book seems to be heading. Squiggles is by far my favorite character and I look forward to seeing more of her as the series grows…
You might not live long enough to see this story conclude at the rate this is going. There being a book 2 might be just a fantasy.
